What a great day 27th August 2011, the wedding of Gillian & Craig at the infamous Duck Bay Marina, on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, what a great venue. With the gorgeous back drop of the loch and Ben Lomond. What a lovely down to earth couple. The day started with me running around about six different rooms in the hotel photographing the bride and bridesmaids getting ready. While Craig was outside wondering about with his best man. It was quite funny because he had that look on his face “ that guy with the camera keeps following me” we had a laugh about that later on. The day before we had heavy rain, thunder, and lightning. I think I have the luck of an Irishman because the weather was great once again. The photographs turned out great with Gillian & Craig receiving over 800 photographs. Just before I left shortly after their first couple of dances, I asked them to come outside to do a couple of late night shots with the sun setting over the loch, they turned out great, well worth it , to finish off a perfect day.
